The Role
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee all operations of Elevo’s daytime support and after-school programs in your region while motivating and inspiring your team of Regional Program Managers and Site Success Managers. This role works within the Field Operations department, directly reporting to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the team of Regional Program Managers and Site Success Managers
  • Provide support to team members to make certain programs are implemented appropriately and align with Elevo’s values and mission.
  • Ensure Regional Program Managers and coaches are trained on how to implement Elevo's curriculum and how to manage large groups of students.
  • Support Regional Program Managers in resolving issues and implementing the necessary procedures to improve programs, ensuring high-level ownership of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits as needed to serve as a support for the Regional Program Manager.
  • Liaise with multiple departments internally and externally for alignment on all program details.
  • Support the Regional Program Manager with coach evaluations and ongoing leadership training.
  • Complete administrative tasks to maintain company compliance and complete hours fulfillment of programs (i.e. HR paperwork, terminations, COVID Compliance, shift auditing, rescheduling, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Training Managers on strategies, professional development, and training sessions to optimize coach knowledge.
Position Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4-6 years' experience in program and people management
  • Visit sites in your region 2-3 times per week or as needed (more site visits may be required at times
Preferred:
  • Associates' or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Addiction Studies, or Psychology
  • Experience in education, in-school programming, and/or enrichment programs for TK-6th grade
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 experience
Skills, Knowledge, & Traits:
  • Strong program and people management
  • Creative problem-solver, customer-focused, decisive, and action-oriented
  • Comfortable delivering presentations to large groups of people
 
This position's target annual base pay range is $62,000 - $86,00. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
