THE ROLE The Site Success Manager will work alongside our Field Operations team to ensure a successful launch and implementation of the Elevo programs and curriculum, acting as a liaison between Field Operations and local Schools. They are key contributors to the growth and success of the company. This role will report directly to the local Operations Manager and will assist with formal meetings and problem-solving to ensure the program is a success. Typical duties include but are not limited to.
Responsibilities:
Be the Main point of contact for principals in managing the customer experience journey from post-implementation meeting to renewal
Formulate improvement plans with the local Operations Manager
Drive Program program expansion and renewals
Build and maintain sound relationships with local K-8 school Principals, Afterschool Facilitators, and staff
Work in tandem with the Field Operations team to efficiently schedule on-site and online school meetings to address school site needs and manage the expectations of individual school sites
Deliver presentations to large groups of children and school faculty
Accurately apply and address customer feedback promptly
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Requirements:
Experience in face-to-face customer service and or sales and developing external partnerships
Reliable transportation for traveling from site to site
3+ years experience in Education or afterschool programs
Comfortability with traveling at least 3 times per week
Availability to work for 9 Saturdays

This position's target annual base pay range is $48,000 to $63,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
