The Role
The Regional Program Manager is the Site Owner, responsible for selecting top talent to deliver the program effectively, preparing coaches for field readiness, and providing ongoing training and development to ensure all quality metrics are met. This role guides and supports coaching teams, ensures flawless execution of all standard operating procedures, and builds strong relationships with school staff—including principals—to maintain open communication to ensure customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support regional program operations to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all assigned sites.
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of coaches through regular site presence, observation, modeling, and feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with school partners, serving as a primary point of contact for site-level stakeholders to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and satisfaction.
  • Monitor program health through continuous assessment of staffing, training effectiveness, engagement, and customer feedback.
  • Deliver onboarding and ongoing professional development to your coaching team aligned to Elevo curriculum, behavior management, and social-emotional learning practices. 
  • Maintain a visible, consistent on-site presence 3-5 days per week to support coaches in real time and model best practices.
  • Work with the Operations Manager to ensure compliance and accuracy in weekly scheduling, timekeeping, and documentation.
  • Address challenges with urgency and follow-through, including coach performance, site concerns, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate across departments to align training, staffing, and program improvement efforts. · Support the build-out of your team by leading in-person interviews, running ongoing onboarding orientations, and early performance development.
  • Implement improvement initiatives that strengthen coach retention, student experience, and partner satisfaction.
Position Qualifications
Required
  • 2–4+ years of experience in program leadership, education, youth development, operations, customer success, or people management.
  • Comfortable working in schools and active program environments with regular site visits.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presence with staff and external partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, build relationships, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to commute to sites.
Preferred
  • Experience in TK–6th education, afterschool, or enrichment programs.
  • Experience facilitating training or professional development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products.

This position's target annual base pay range is $66,000 - $71,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills. This is a hybrid position (80% on-site, 20% WFH). Travel throughout your assigned region, California, or to San Diego may be required for team meetings, training, or company events. Is this something you are comfortable with?*
