Pay Range: $70,500 - $73,500

THE ROLE
The Regional Program Manager (RPM) is the comprehensive owner of program execution across a portfolio of school sites. This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality student experience by leading staffing, training, coaching development, and site operations.

As the primary field leader, the RPM ensures coaches are prepared for success through ongoing development and in-field coaching. This role blends program leadership, people management, and training execution to drive consistent, high-quality delivery aligned to Elevo standards. The RPM also serves as the primary point of contact for site-level partners, building strong relationships with school staff and principals to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and satisfaction. The best RPMs don’t just manage programs, they lead people. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Ownership & Execution

  • Own program quality across assigned sites, ensuring alignment with Elevo standards and district expectations
  • Monitor program health through staffing, training effectiveness, student engagement, and partner feedback
  • Ensure consistent execution of all standard operating procedures
  • Maintain a consistent on-site presence (3–5 days per week) to support coaches and ensure program quality
  • Prepare coaches for field execution through hands-on training and real-time support
  • Reinforce training through in-field coaching aligned to Elevo’s instructional approach
  • Provide in-field coaching through observation, modeling, and feedback to drive performance and retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for site stakeholders, including principals and school staff
  • Build strong relationships to ensure alignment and a positive customer experience
  • Proactively resolve site-level concerns with urgency and professionalism

People Leadership & Coach Development

  • Lead with visible presence and credibility, model the standard you expect from your coaches
  • Coach with empathy and intention, understand what motivates each individual and adapt your approach to unlock performance
  • Navigate conflict and difficult conversations with professionalism, fairness, and care
  • Build a team culture where coaches feel supported, challenged, and accountable to a shared mission
  • Recognize and celebrate wins, share credit openly, and take ownership of setbacks, modeling accountability at all times

Partner & Stakeholder Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for site leaders, including principals and school staff
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships that reflect Elevo’s commitment to excellence in schools
  • Address site-level concerns proactively with urgency, sound judgment, and a service mindset
  • Represent Elevo’s values consistently and professionally in every partner interaction 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Required

  • 2–4+ years of experience in program leadership, education, youth development, operations, customer success, or people management
  • Experience leading teams through coaching and feedback
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in school environments with regular site visits
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between sites  

Preferred

  • Experience in TK–6th education, afterschool, or expanded learning programs
  • Experience facilitating training or professional development
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred in some regions)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must pass DOJ & FBI Live Scan (background check)
  • TB clearance
  • Completion of Mandated Reporter Training (upon hire)
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of an active program environment

This position's target annual base pay range is $70,500 - $73,500. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographic location, knowledge, and skills.
