The Role
Our Director of District Partnership (DDP) team members are key contributors to the growth and success of the company. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be working directly with the DDPs to support them with the necessary tools for maintaining and growing territories through an efficient and organized process. The Sales Operations team is responsible for data integrity initiatives and process workflows within the sales department. This includes deal approvals, report generation within the CRM, and helping to ensure a smooth handover process for a successful program launch. Sales Ops is also responsible for continued deal management throughout the program duration, through consistent communication with our Operations Department. The role will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the assigned DDP region(s) by gathering the information needed to move deals through the sales pipelines, including building quotes, drafting statements of work, and collecting contract agreements and other required documentation.
- Assist with pipeline management and deal progression by ensuring all necessary data is collected from internal stakeholders, accurately recorded, and properly reflected in the CRM (HubSpot), including custom objects as needed.
- Review and evaluate deals at each stage of the pipeline to assess progress and identify any issues or opportunities.
- Work closely with DDPs and Field Operations to maintain a well-organized, up-to-date system for managing deals and custom objects within each region.
- Participate in regular meetings and manage asynchronous communication with DDPs and Field Operations to ensure details are accurate and updated in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with regional Field Operation teams to support smooth program handoffs.
- Partner with Sales Operations leadership to identify and implement process improvements that increase the efficiency of the revenue department.
- Provide reporting and insights on program performance, including health, expansion potential, and upsell opportunities for assigned regions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, operations, data entry, or other administrative work.
- Authorized to work in the US
- Must be willing to travel to our office in Irvine, California, for in-person trainings/meetings quarterly
- Display professionalism and excellent communication (oral and written)
- Strong data and systems knowledge: HubSpot, M365: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced administrative skills and a process-oriented mindset are a must
- Outstanding attention to detail and can-do attitude
- Self-awareness and coachability
- Collaborative approach to working with multiple people and departments internally and externally
This position's target annual base pay range is $55,000 - $65,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
