The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of enterprise technology, security, and strategy. If you’ve ever rolled out Microsoft Defender policies across hundreds of endpoints or mapped out a seamless Teams + SharePoint + Power Platform workflow, we want to talk. This role is pivotal in shaping how our organization leverages Microsoft’s suite—from M365 to Azure—to drive productivity, collaboration, and security. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize platform usage, and ensure our Microsoft ecosystem is secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Why This Role Matters
You’ll be the strategic force behind how we use Microsoft technologies to stay secure, productive, and future-ready. From rolling out new features to defending against threats, your work will directly impact how our teams collaborate and innovate.

Responsibilities
Microsoft Ecosystem Strategy & Oversight
  • Own the roadmap for all Microsoft products, including M365, Azure, Intune, Defender, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
  • Lead cross-departmental initiatives to optimize Microsoft product usage and licensing.
  • Evaluate new Microsoft features and services for potential adoption.
  • Develop and maintain governance models for Microsoft tools and services.
Security & Compliance Management
  • Configure and manage Microsoft security features, including Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, and Information Protection.
  • Collaborate with IT and Security teams to ensure compliance with internal and external standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Lead rollout of security policies across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Product Lifecycle & Execution
  • Manage product lifecycle from ideation to deployment for internal Microsoft-based solutions.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for Microsoft product initiatives.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and user feedback.
  • Drive adoption and change management for new Microsoft features and updates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with IT, Security, and Operations to align Microsoft product strategy with business needs.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate training and enablement sessions for end users and admins.
  • Lead vendor relationships with Microsoft and third-party integrators.
Documentation & Communication
  • Maintain clear documentation for configurations, policies, and workflows.
  • Communicate product updates, changes, and impacts to stakeholders.
  • Create user guides, training materials, and internal knowledge base content.

Position Qualifications – Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Management or Technical Program Management.
  • Deep experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and related services.
  • Proven track record of rolling out enterprise security features in Microsoft environments.
  • Strong understanding of identity management, endpoint protection, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Position Qualifications – Preferred

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-101, AZ-500, SC-300).
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and scripting (PowerShell).
  • Background in enterprise IT or cybersecurity.
  • Experience with licensing optimization and cost management in Microsoft environments.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
