Job Type: Full-time Temp (until June 6, 2025, with potential extension), On-Site
Location: Nicoloff Elementary within San Diego’s South Bay Union School District
Pay: $28 per hour

THE ROLE
The Student Attendance & Enrollment Coordinator will be part of Elevo’s South Bay Union School District Admin team. It will be responsible for supporting the overall management of student enrollment through the CitySpan platform ensuring Elevo’s South Bay Unified programs are meeting all regulations. The Coordinator will maintain student data and manage all student data reporting by collecting application forms and monitoring ADA (Average Daily Attendance) and serves as the main point of contact for parents and the school district for enrollment purposes. This position reports directly to the region's Operation manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees student attendance and program enrollment/dropping through CitySpan
  • Monitor attendance cancelation for each school site,
  • Supports student registration
  • Communicate with district staff on all attendance issues and updates
  • Monitors unexcused early release/late arrivals
  • Collects application forms and monitors ADA (Average Daily Attendance)
  • Meets with Site Leads every week to drive attendance accuracy across the district and is the main point of contact for all enrollment/attendance items within the District.
  • Serves as the main point of contact for parents for all enrollment/attendance purposes
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in admissions, enrollment, or a similar role in education
  • Travel to all 5 school sites, 5 days a week, and to the District office
  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking)
Preferred:
  • Experience working in after-school programs or education
  • Experience with CitySpan
  • Staff and program coordination
Skills, Knowledge, & Traits:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (HubSpot) and other enrollment/attendance-related software (CitySpan)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This position's target annual base pay range is $28 per hour. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
